All you see throughout school is students on their phone. Teacher are constantly asking them to put their phones away or their will be consequences.

And basically all that takes us to being responsible.Being responsible takes time and steps. Most students at GHS take it to fast and think that just because they are older then others they are better and everything they do is right and make bad influence to the new students that come into this school. But being responsible in GHS is being a good role model for others and having good grades. But students seem not to listen and keep on using them. After the teachers asking nicely and giving them at least one more chance to put them away. GHS takes education seriously because all teachers care and want a good future for you. But most students don't take that chance and throw it to waste.

All this social media has kids crazy now days. Most top apps that kids are using nowadays is Facebook , YouTube, or Instagram. YouTube is the most used one because most of us go and see if there's something to watch so it can entertain us if we are bored. And let's say we have homework but for watching videos or texting friends through snap chat or Facebook (messenger) we forget. The next day at school in the morning you remember but it's too late because it was do when you get to class even after your teacher gave 3 days to get it done. But you choose to watch videos and text instead of focusing on the one thing that is your responsibility (education). Social media is distracting us and you guys know it is but don't want to admit it. Therefore, its affecting your learning and grades and just focusing on what you want to do in your future and how your going to achieve it. Making GHS a better place and make students want to be excited to come is really easy it just all depends how out students communicate and how teachers also do. Like our upcoming events are Homecoming, Our students work very hard on decorating it and getting all planned out so it won't be a fail.
