Does teachers attendance matter too?

Grandview’s High School principal Kim Casey, has been struggling to encourage her students to come to school even if that involves not having off campus lunch. Students will not listen to Mrs. casey The percentages have their different days, many of the students skip, or come in late to school. Although many of the students seem to not care about the attendance. Many of the teachers here at GHS seem to decreasingly not show up to school, because of sick reasons, or many of the teachers that are gone most of the time seem to affect their students in a negative way, because the students won't be able to learn. So what is the real reason for teachers missing school?
