Wrestling at Districts

This past Saturday in two different locations boys and girls wrestling team headed off to take part in the district round. As the girls team traveled to Othello where four of our GHS female wrestlers qualified for regionals, meanwhile in Toppenish eight of our male wrestlers qualified for regionals this upcoming weekend. For the girls Junior Maria Reyes, Junior Jennifer Ramos, Sophomore Jovana Delgado and Sophomore Jennifer Valencia made it to regionals. For the boys Sophomore Cesar Galvan, Junior Adrian Benitez, Junior Ian Campuzano, Junior Kenneth Plaza, Senior Rigo Guerrero, freshman David Sadlers and Junior Anthony Alcantar made it to regionals. Saturday, February 11th girls will be competing at Wahluke and boys at Ellensburg.
