Ready for A Fright

Are you ready be frightened in Downtown Grandview? Because Grandview DECA is sponsoring The Second Annual DECA Haunted House. Other sponsors are the Grandview Chambers of Commerce and Bleyhl’s. Saturday October 29th from 5 to 11 pm and Sunday 30th from 5 to 8pm. It will be taking place next to the Grandview Herald in downtown Grandview. The cost for entrance will be $5 for adults, and $3 children under 10 years of age. Key club will be selling cookies at the event.

Grandview students are excited for this event helping set up decorations with the help of 53 students, they were able to finish in one day. Students from middle school, high school, and DECA members will be organizing this event helping them earn their community service hours. There is an estimate of 200 people attending this event. There will be different scenes, and themes for the haunted house for everyone to enjoy. There will be something for everyone so come and enjoy this Frightful night.

The money will be going to DECA members for their travel and future events. They are requesting actors to scare at the event. If you are interested there will be sign ups in the hallway in front of Room 301.
