Greyhound Senior Night

Tuesday October 25th, the Grandview Greyhound Volleyball team set foot onto the court to take on the visiting team the Quincy Jackrabbits. Prior to the game both teams had met before in an earlier match up where Quincy sweep Grandview in only 3 games. The Greyhounds were determined to come up for a fight, the intensity was high throughout the entire game creating a more hyped up motivation for the Greyhounds.

Before the start of the game the seniors were recognized from each team for it being senior night. Grandview had two seniors who played on the varsity team #11 Rosalia Bravo and #24 Destanie Morales. It was an emotional night for the Greyhounds trying to make it a memorable night for the two seniors being that it would be the last time they would say “Bump, set, spike.” As the game went on the Greyhounds pleased the crowd beating Quincy in 3 matches.
